KITCHEN & LIVING The vaulted open-plan living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a large TV, dining space and direct access to the deck. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, a Ninja drip coffee maker, electric kettle and island seating. Board games are available for relaxed nights in. OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES Spend the day around the private saltwater pool in the fenced backyard, which has a sun shelf with in-water loungers and depths of approximately 3 to 4.5 feet. Rinse off at the outdoor shower, settle into the covered lounge beneath string lights or gather around the deck's picnic table and outdoor seating. A propane grill and charcoal grill are available. The ground-level recreation area also includes Pop-A-Shot basketball, giant Connect 4, a disc-golf basket and a children's playhouse. The private gym includes a cable/weight station, free-weight equipment, rowing machine, exercise balls, bench and TV. The residential elevator serves the home; always close its inner accordion door before operating it. LAUNDRY, CONNECTIVITY & PARKING A stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available inside. Spectrum Wi-Fi serves the home. The large driveway provides free on-site parking, including covered spaces beneath the elevated house. A Tesla wall connector is installed for compatible EVs.

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. • Maximum occupancy is 11 registered guests. No parties or events, smoking or vaping, or commercial photography. • Pets are not permitted. • The private pool is not fenced separately from the backyard. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times; no lifeguard is present. Please rinse off sunscreen, lotion and sand before entering. • Optional pool heating is available September through May for a $500 fee, subject to weather and equipment limitations. Request and pay for heat in advance; a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. • The home is elevated and includes exterior stairs, an upper deck and bunk beds. Use appropriate supervision and care. • Close the elevator's inner accordion door completely before operating it. • Linens and bath towels are provided according to the reservation setup. Bring your own beach towels. • The exterior shed, two gym refrigerators and locked interior closets are owner-only and unavailable to guests. • The property is in a residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep outdoor noise low, especially at night.
