Michael was great incredibly responsive to communication was very active the entire time if I had a question about anything, he answered it within just a few minutes couldn’t ask for a better experience. I look forward to staying at one of his properties again. This proper specifically was great. We could walk to breakfast. We could walk to the beach we could walk to a little bit of shopping all in all great experience

This is our second time staying in one of the host’s homes, and Mike continues to be an excellent host. It’s the small things that make a difference; hand soap in every bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with cooking spray, oil, and spices; coffee pods, paper products, etc. It’s so nice to not have to pack these items, or buy them and have to take them home. This rental had lots of appropriate toys for our one year old granddaughter, plus baby gates at each staircase! We will definitely book this home again.

My group and I stayed here and had an incredible time. We were part of a wedding party and there is no place we would’ve rather stayed. The photos of this place don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely stunning. The decorations are tasteful and it’s a peaceful retreat from the busy parts of a trip. There really is nothing like waking up and being met with the view of this location. They have all the amenities you could possibly need. Coffee? How about coffee and espresso! Need to iron out a wrinkled shirt? They’ve got you covered. Have any questions regarding your stay? The host is incredibly responsive and friendly. A real highlight of our stay was the large hot tub and sauna. As a group, we spent time together in or around the hot tub enjoying the views and having great conversations. This place is now a big part of a great memory between all of us. If I could give this host and location 1000 stars, I would, but I will have to just settle with a 5 star review.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Woke up to ocean views. Left already planning the return trip. We've stayed at a handful of beach rentals over the years, and this one raised the bar in ways I wasn't expecting. First, the location — and I mean this literally — the beach is a two-to-four minute walk. Not a "beach is nearby" kind of walk. More like: flip flops on, towel over your shoulder, and you're there. On our first morning we did a sunrise walk before coffee and it set the tone for the entire trip. That kind of access changes how you experience a beach stay. The unit itself is smart and well-organized for a group of six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms — so nobody is waiting in line for a shower. The top-floor king bedroom was our favorite: king bed, ocean views, and a glassed-in ensuite shower. After a day in the sun, that shower felt like a spa. The house is beautiful; everything is of excellent quality and perfectly maintained, ensuring an unforgettable stay. It is ideal for spending time with friends and family. We truly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

Beautiful house, comfortable beds, very well stocked with everything we needed for a week at the beach. Loved the golf cart and the pool. Owner was super responsive to questions. Would love to come back!

Michael answered the multitude of questions I asked. The house had everything we needed. My daughter made fettuccine Alfredo (with wine). We watched old movies. We went fishing at the lake. It was beautiful and serene. We sat outside and looked at the stars. We thanked God for our time together. Amazing experience.

This place is excellent. If you have kids, the golf cart rental is a must. The neighborhood is very shaded so it's great for golf cart rides. The house was clean, and everyone really enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend! Also, host was very friendly and responsive!
