Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, wall-mounted TV, closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower with rain showerhead and body sprays. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, reading sconces, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The main level has five bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 face the ocean, each with a king bed and doors out to the covered oceanfront deck. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed, TV, and ocean view. Bedroom 6 is the bunk room, with a queen-over-queen loft bunk bed and a TV. Bedroom 7 has a queen bed, TV, and dresser. Each main-level bedroom has its own full bathroom. BATHROOMS Seven full bathrooms (one for each bedroom) plus a half bathroom off the great room. The upper-level primary suite has a double vanity and a walk-in rain shower; the remaining bathrooms have walk-in showers or tub-and-shower combinations with granite vanities. Towels and starter toiletries are provided. KITCHEN & LIVING The upper-level great room is the heart of the home, with vaulted ceilings, walls of windows facing the Atlantic, and French doors to the oceanfront deck. The chef's kitchen has a large granite island with a cooktop and stainless hood, double wall ovens, a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink, drip and pod-style coffee makers, cookware, and dining essentials. A wet bar beside the kitchen adds a wine fridge, bar sink, and ice maker. The dining area combines a long farmhouse table with benches and a bar-height table for four. The living room offers a large sectional, a TV in a built-in entertainment center, and a fireplace. GAME ROOM & KITCHENETTE The main level has a game room with a pool table, TV, and lounge seating, plus a second kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher so the bedroom level has its own drinks and snacks station. OUTDOOR SPACE Three levels of decks face the ocean. The covered main-level deck has Adirondack chairs and stairs down to the dune walkover. The upper deck has bar-height seating, Adirondack chairs, and a granite outdoor counter. The rooftop deck holds the hot tub and tall Adirondack chairs with panoramic views of the ocean and sound. At ground level you'll find the fenced private pool, a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The pool is seasonal and is typically open May through September; the hot tub is available year-round. Availability can be affected by maintenance or weather, so please message us to confirm before booking if either is essential to your stay. LAUNDRY A stacked washer and dryer is located in the main-level hallway. TOPSAIL ISLAND LOCATION The home sits directly on the beach in Surf City, in the middle of Topsail Island. Spend your days on the sand, fish from the Surf City pier, explore the shops and restaurants along Roland Avenue and the Surf City waterfront, visit the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue, or head south to Topsail Beach and north to North Topsail Beach. ARRIVAL & PARKING Detailed arrival and access instructions will be sent before check-in. Free covered parking is available under the home. Please keep neighboring driveways and South Shore Drive clear.

Please be considerate of neighbors. • The pool is seasonal (typically May through September). Pool and hot-tub availability may be affected by maintenance, weather, or seasonal conditions. Follow all posted rules and signage. • The hot tub is on the rooftop deck. Replace the cover after each use. Small children are not permitted in the hot tub. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and hot-tub areas, on the decks, and on the dune walkover. • Please stay off the dunes and use the walkover to reach the beach. • A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door. It monitors the exterior entry only and does not monitor interior spaces.
