Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps 8 across two bedrooms and additional sleeping areas. On the main level, the master bedroom offers a king bed and a private half bathroom. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the sunroom adds flexibility for guests. Upstairs, the secondary bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, while the loft includes another twin bed with a curtain for a bit of added privacy. Two full bathrooms - one off the hallway on the main level and one ensuite upstairs - provide convenient access throughout the home. Indoor living Large windows draw in natural light and frame the surrounding forest, giving you a warm refuge for winter days. The main lounge includes an HDTV with Roku, and the sunroom offers an inviting place to read or enjoy the view. Closest lake is 10 minute walk. It has a dock and great fishing. You can rent canoes/kayaks from our partner Headwaters Outfitters and they will deliver if you need. There are multiple HDTVs in the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the workspace. This home is located in Connestee Falls, a gated community that allows access to its additional amenities for guests including 4 lakes, a golf course, and several hiking trails. A unique barcode will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them gate access to the estate. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking.
